"I want to take a moment to share my personal and professional experience with Adam Spencer because he is truly one of the best professionals I have ever worked with. I was promoted to District Manager at world class, JPM Chase in 2007. Adam is a master motivator. He always brought out the best in his team where you wanted to work hard to make him proud. He was excellent at removing obstacles to help you succeed. He was always available, supportive and set clear expectations. You knew where you stood with him at all times!

I first started working with Adam in 2007 as part of his team when he was a District Manager at Chase bank. He took an interest in me - as he did with all of his team - to help me in my personal and professional growth. In short order he was able to help me get promoted to a District Manager as well where we worked together as peer's for several years. That promotion was a launch point for my career and I will be forever grateful and appreciative of Adam as the driving force in making it happen. I followed Adam to BBVA in 2015 where he was running the national payments and merchant services program for the bank. He educated me on a new line of business and taught me how to be successful.
